Ashwagandha has the botanical name Withania somnifera and is also known to us as the Indian ginseng or winter cherry. From an Ayurveda perspective, the Ashwagandha root is equated with ginseng (Panax ginseng), which is why Ashwagandha is often referred to as so-called Indian ginseng. 1200 mg extract per 3 capsules contain 12 mg withanolides.
Recommended consumption: one capsule three times a day. The recommended daily consumption must not be exceeded.
