today is a great day for me. I am happy and proud – after a preparation of more than one year – to announce the start of my new company “Sita Ayurveda” GmbH.
Some years ago – when my yoga teacher came back from an Ayurvedic treatment in South India – I had the idea to deal with ayurvedic products. But at that time I had neither the time nor the contacts to put this vision into practice. But when I had a treatment in December 2019 by the well-known Ayurvedic therapist in Switzerland, Dr. Hans Rhyner, I also got to know his wife, Irene Rhyner who offered me a cooperation – selling their fantastic products and at the same time developing new products for my startup “Sita Ayurveda”.
After several talks in Mallorca and Switzerland with family Rhyner we have now decided a firm cooperation. Sita Ayurveda will sell all the products of Ayurveda Rhyner and additionally new ayurvedic products especially produced for Sita and also natural cosmetics products in Germany and Europe.
My goal is to make Ayurveda and its fantastic healing methods mainstream in the west, also and especially for younger people.
One specialty of Sita Ayurveda will be the absolutely high quality products which will help many, many people to improve and maintain their health. The roots of Ayurveda arise from a deep knowledge of life and therefore Ayurveda does not only treat the symptoms of illness or unwell-being, but mainly the causes.
The products of Sita Ayurveda will be mostly from organic and sustainable cultivation. The ingredients come from Europe and correspond with the high standards of European quality management. Also it makes absolute sense to treat people mainly with the plants and herbs from their own culture area, because the digestibility of products is always better when the body already knows the ingredients as if it comes from another area.
Ayurveda is not only about health, it is a knowledge how we can live more happily, with utmost health, with strength and in total balance. We all feel more and more that the western lifestyle and the western way of nutrition has become a problem not only for many people but also for the whole planet. To find back to a life which is in harmony with oneself and the earth is also one of the fruits of using the ancient methods of ayurvedic treatment.
In this sense Ayurveda also wants to create a new consciousness and the realization that it is in our hands how we live and whether we are happy and healthy. May the products that we offer you from today on help that you become healthier, happier and go through your life with more ease and harmony.
