Mahanarayana is nourishing and restorative. Contains sesame oil, Shatavari, Ashwagandha. 

 For external use only. The oil can harden due to the temperature. For optimal use, please warm it in a 36-40° water bath. Shake the bottle well before use. 

 The massage oil of choice for the feet in Ayurveda is Mahanarayana massage oil. Not only does this massage oil provide the feet with the necessary moisture. It also has an intensive effect on the body and mind. The feet are massaged with light pressure, starting from the toes and up to the calves. At the end of the massage, the feet and calves are bathed in hot water and then washed. I was impressed by the result. Mahanarayana massage oil is an excellent foot massage oil. But it is also ideal as a massage oil for the body. It relieves sore muscles and improves joint mobility. However, you should always wash the oil off after the massage, as it can cause skin irritation. Mahanarayana massage oil is probably the most commonly used massage oil in Ayurveda.
