The quality of Allgäu organic ghee starts with the cows. The hay milk used for production comes from cows that are kept in organic farming in the Allgäu, i.e. the cattle graze on fresh, green grass and wild herbs and are not fed any yield-enhancing feed or genetically modified feed.
