Application:
A recommendation from the Indian Ministry of Ayush - the fine herb and spice mixture Ayush Kadha, also known as Tridosha Churna. Always recommended in the cold season. Since the mixture is only available in India, we mixed it ourselves. Naturally made from controlled organic ingredients, in the tridosha-balancing recipe. Tasty, warming and immune-modulating.
Preparation:
Stir a level teaspoon of spice mixture into 1 liter of water. Bring to the boil and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half. Drink in small amounts throughout the day, pure or diluted with hot water.
