We have developed our dietary supplement Tvak - Skin in Balance to balance the doshas. An Ayurvedic plant mixture of guduchi, amalaki, turmeric, shatavari and other plant substances in the form of powder and extracts.

According to Ayurvedic herbal medicine, Guduchi has a blood-purifying and blood-forming effect, strengthens the immune system and harmonizes all three doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) according to Ayurvedic teachings. It supports liver function as an antitoxin and is one of the cell-rejuvenating agents.

Amalaki, the powder of the Indian gooseberry, is considered a rasayana fruit (rejuvenating agent) according to Ayurveda and balances the harmonious equilibrium of the doshas (body energies) with its properties and flavors. It has a positive effect on all 7 body tissues and supports digestion.

Tumeric, the turmeric and sacred plant in Ayurveda, has an anti-inflammatory effect, purifies the blood, improves skin coloration and balances all three doshas. Turmeric activates the elimination of fats and acts as an antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals and thus protecting cells and tissue from oxidative stress.
