This Vata tea with its combination of warming and calming herbs is ideal for people who lead an active lifestyle and feel stressed or restless. Effect Due to the special production process, all ingredients are retained and can thus develop their full effect. After the balls dissolve, a sediment is created that settles quickly and can be drunk without hesitation. The Vata tea contains Tulsi, also known as holy basil, which is known for its harmonizing properties and its ability to reduce stress. Preparation:

Dissolve 4 - 5 teaballs in boiling water (approx. 200ml), stir, let it settle and you're done! You can conjure up around 30 cups of tea from one bottle, depending on the dosage. The natural sediment is drinkable.
